    Terms & Conditions

    1. Membership Overview

    The Sanum per Scientia membership plan is a monthly subscription program providing access to selected treatments, wellness experiences, and member-exclusive privileges. Benefits are valid only during an active subscription period.

    2. Eligibility

    Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above. A health declaration may be required prior to receiving treatments.

    3. Fees & Billing

    • Membership fees are billed monthly via approved payment methods.

    • All fees are non-refundable once charged.

    • Prices are subject to prevailing GST.

    • Failed or delayed payments may result in suspension of benefits.

    4. Usage & Benefits

    • Benefits are non-transferable and for the registered Member only.

    • A maximum of 50% of unused monthly credits may be carried forward to the following month.

    • Carried-forward credits must be used within that next month and will not roll over further.

    • Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

    • The Company reserves the right to modify benefits with notice.

    5. Booking & Cancellations

    • Appointments are subject to availability.

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

    6. Suspension & Cancellation

    • Members may cancel their subscription with at least 30 days’ written notice.

    • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of terms or misconduct.

    • Membership may be paused for medical or travel reasons at management’s discretion.

    7. Health & Liability

    Members must disclose relevant medical conditions before treatment. The Company reserves the right to decline services deemed unsuitable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the current billing month.

    8. Personal Data

    Personal data is handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By subscribing, Members consent to receiving membership-related communications.
